- 150 g Sugar
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 200 g Dried Fruits (e.g., apricots or cranberries)
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- Vegetable Gelling Agent (e.g., agar-agar)

- Prepare the quark by draining it well and placing it in a large bowl.
- Loosen the quark with a fork.
- In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add the vanilla extract to the quark and stir until the mixture is homogenous.
- Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the quark.
- Gently fold everything together, being careful not to overmix.
- Add the dried fruits to the dough and carefully fold them in.
- Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper.
- Fill the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the surface.
- Bake the Konfekt at 180 degrees Celsius (convection) for about 40-45 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Let the Konfekt cool slightly before cutting it into uniform pieces.
