  • 500 ml Milk, at room temperature
  • 2 TL Baking powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs, fresh
  • 50 ml Vegetable oil, neutral (e.g., sunflower or rapeseed oil)
  • 150 g Fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries or blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, mix 250 g flour, 2 TL baking powder, and 50 g sugar thoroughly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 500 ml milk, 3 eggs, and 50 ml vegetable oil.
  4. Slowly pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until everything is well combined.
  5. Add about 150 g of your favorite fruits to the batter and gently fold them in.
  6. Pour the batter evenly into a greased ovenproof dish or baking sheet, ensuring it is spread evenly.
  7. Bake the oven pancakes for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove the pancakes from the oven and let them cool briefly.
  9. Cut the pancakes into pieces and serve warm with powdered sugar or your favorite syrup.
