- 2 TL Baking powder
- 50 g Sugar
- 3 Eggs, fresh
- 50 ml Vegetable oil, neutral (e.g., sunflower or rapeseed oil)
- 150 g Fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries or blueberries)

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, mix 250 g flour, 2 TL baking powder, and 50 g sugar thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 500 ml milk, 3 eggs, and 50 ml vegetable oil.
- Slowly pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until everything is well combined.
- Add about 150 g of your favorite fruits to the batter and gently fold them in.
- Pour the batter evenly into a greased ovenproof dish or baking sheet, ensuring it is spread evenly.
- Bake the oven pancakes for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the pancakes from the oven and let them cool briefly.
- Cut the pancakes into pieces and serve warm with powdered sugar or your favorite syrup.
