- Wash potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- Cut potatoes into uniform wedges (about 1-2 cm thick), leaving the skin on.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Add salt and pepper and stir everything well.
- Add the cut potato wedges to the bowl with the spice mixture.
- Mix well with your hands so that each potato wedge is evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned potato wedges evenly on it.
- Ensure there is enough space between each piece.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the potato wedges for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Turn the wedges halfway through the baking time.
- Remove the crispy baked potato wedges from the oven and let them cool slightly.
