  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Wash potatoes thoroughly under running water.
  3. Cut potatoes into uniform wedges (about 1-2 cm thick), leaving the skin on.
  4. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, and oregano.
  5. Add salt and pepper and stir everything well.
  6. Add the cut potato wedges to the bowl with the spice mixture.
  7. Mix well with your hands so that each potato wedge is evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  8. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned potato wedges evenly on it.
  9. Ensure there is enough space between each piece.
  10. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the potato wedges for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Turn the wedges halfway through the baking time.
  12. Remove the crispy baked potato wedges from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  13. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
