  • 200 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 100 ml freshly brewed coffee
  • 100 ml creamy coconut milk
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 30 g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • Optional: chopped nuts or desiccated coconut

  1. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Set the bowl over a pot of gently simmering water until the chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and add the freshly brewed coffee and coconut milk.
  4. Stir well until a homogeneous mixture forms.
  5. Sieve the powdered sugar into the mixture and stir again until smooth.
  6. Optionally, fold in chopped nuts or desiccated coconut.
  7. Let the mixture cool at room temperature.
  8. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  9. Take small portions of the firm mixture with a teaspoon or your hands and roll them into balls.
  10. Roll the balls in the cocoa powder or optional desiccated coconut.
