- 200 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 100 ml freshly brewed coffee
- 100 ml creamy coconut milk
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 30 g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- Optional: chopped nuts or desiccated coconut

- Roughly chop the dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
- Set the bowl over a pot of gently simmering water until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and add the freshly brewed coffee and coconut milk.
- Stir well until a homogeneous mixture forms.
- Sieve the powdered sugar into the mixture and stir again until smooth.
- Optionally, fold in chopped nuts or desiccated coconut.
- Let the mixture cool at room temperature.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Take small portions of the firm mixture with a teaspoon or your hands and roll them into balls.
- Roll the balls in the cocoa powder or optional desiccated coconut.
