Description

A hearty and flavorful Gnocchi-Goulash made with tender chicken breast, vegetables, and soft gnocchi in a rich broth. This comforting dish is perfect for a satisfying meal.

  • Gnocchi, fresh or frozen
  • 500 g Chicken Breast, cut into pieces
  • 2 Carrots, diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, fresh
  • 500 ml Vegetable Broth
  • Freshly Chopped Parsley, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, extra virgin

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast and sauté for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and diced carrots and bell pepper.
  4. Sauté everything together for another 4–5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  5. Pour about 500 ml of vegetable broth into the pot and stir well.
  6. Bring everything to a boil.
  7. Once the broth is boiling, carefully add the gnocchi.
  8. Cook the gnocchi for 2–3 minutes or until they float to the top.
  9. Season the goulash to taste with salt and pepper as desired.
  10. Serve the Gnocchi-Goulash hot in deep plates or bowls and garnish generously with freshly chopped parsley.
  11. Add a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy.
