  1. Start by squeezing about 4-6 fresh oranges to get around 500 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice. Make sure to remove all seeds!
  2. Add the freshly squeezed juice of one lemon. Stir well; this step ensures the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.
  3. Taste your mixture and add sugar or honey as desired. Start with one tablespoon and stir well.
  4. Pour 1 liter of sparkling water into the mixture and stir gently. Be gentle – we don’t want a foam explosion!
  5. Add some mint leaves and slices of orange or lemon to the glasses. Serve the punch immediately in beautiful glasses – this way it stays cool and fizzy.
