- Taste your mixture and add sugar or honey as desired. Start with one tablespoon and stir well.
- Pour 1 liter of sparkling water into the mixture and stir gently. Be gentle – we don’t want a foam explosion!
- Add some mint leaves and slices of orange or lemon to the glasses. Serve the punch immediately in beautiful glasses – this way it stays cool and fizzy.
